ChatGPT will now have a world-class search engine built-in to provide timelier and more up-to-date answers with access from the web. Now, ChatGPT answers can be grounded by search and web data and include citations so you can learn more—all directly from within the chat. The new experience is rolling out to ChatGPT Plus subscribers starting today and will be available to free users soon by simply enabling a plugin which brings Bing to ChatGPT.

During the demo on Microsoft Build, we can see the plugins, which Browsing → Bing and Code Interpreter into Code Execution.
As they said before, once a plugin is beta testing, it will be available to ChatGPT Plus subscribers.
as the Screenshot shows, the code Execution is in Beta, maybe we can hope that all plus subscribers will get the plugin soon.

It’s a nice addition but with a 25 query every 3 hour limit, seems better to just use bing?

It is not available… it has not been announced nor does it appear in the beta options, at least not to me.
