ChatGPT Team Plan Support Issue - No Response for Months

Note: I understand this forum suggests using official support channels for issues like mine, but after 10+ unanswered support tickets over several months, I’m posting here as a last resort to find resolution or connect with others experiencing similar issues.

Issue Summary

I’m posting here as a last resort after exhausting all official support channels without receiving any human response.

I’ve been a paying ChatGPT Team Plan customer since October. Despite paying for the full subscription (including being required to pay for two seats even though I’m the only person using the workspace), critical features including DALL-E, Code Interpreter, and Browsing remain completely greyed out in my workspace. I’ve tried everything in the standard troubleshooting guides.

What I’ve Tried:

  1. Submitted 10+ support tickets over several months (5 in the last month alone)
  2. Followed all troubleshooting steps from auto-responses:
  • Verified I’m the workspace admin
  • Checked all workspace settings
  • Confirmed I’m using compatible models
  • Tried multiple browsers and devices
  • Checked that the issue persists across all workspace views

The Problem:

The issue is specifically that under Workspace > GPTs, the settings to enable these tools are completely greyed out. I cannot click or interact with them in any way. This is not a matter of incorrect settings - the settings themselves are inaccessible.

My Frustration:

What’s most concerning is the complete lack of human response. Every support ticket has either gone unanswered or received generic auto-responses that don’t address the actual issue. For a paid business service, this level of support is unacceptable.

Has Anyone Else Experienced:

  1. Complete inability to access DALL-E/Code Interpreter/Browsing settings?
  2. Support tickets going completely ignored for months?
  3. Found any unofficial channels to reach actual OpenAI team members?

My Next Steps:

If there’s no resolution soon, I’ll have no choice but to file a credit card dispute for services not rendered and find alternative AI solutions.

Any advice or help from the community would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone managed to get real support for similar issues?

You are correct that this is not the correct place for ChatGPT support. However, can you show me a screen shot of what you mean by Workspace? and the tools that are greyed out?

For example, here is my teams chat interface, where do I need to click to get to the same place you are having issues?

Here is where I was instructed several times to go. However, you can see everything is greyed out and has a lock. The other issue is I have the team plan, but you can see it says Enterprise, which might be the conflict. However, that’s nothing I can do on my end. Not one person in 6 months has replied or emailed me to resolve.
