FOUDN IT. I had just switched from personal to Workspace team plan and lost my folders but then I found them again.
Go to the mobile app > go to chat list > refresh the list and you should see your projects again. For each project folder, go to share and change it to “Anyone at Workspace“
I think this is a web browser bug
