ChatGPT Is Not Loading On Firefiox

After the usage problem that I checked on “https://status.openai.com/”, I found that I couldn’t use it for 2-3 days.

It has the following symptoms: The chat is empty, can’t log in, no response. Then I tried clearing the cache, the login button still doesn’t respond.

I use the browser as Firefix 115.15.0esr (64-bit) on MacOS.
I would like to ask about the solution and the cause of this problem, which I sincerely hope the team will quickly fix or reply to me.

I am experiencing the same issue, I opened a case. Getting the follow error in the dev console

I tried:

  • Incognito
  • Clearing cache/cookies
  • Re-logging in
  • Setting the device to mobile mode in dev tools.
  • Disabling all extensions
  • It does work on Firefox on my phone which is weird.

Can confirm. Same problem, same error. unable to login with firefox. The login button is pressable, but no action happens.

Confirmed, same here. Using Firefox ESR (115.15.0esr (64-bit).

Same FF version, Kali Linux (Debian Testing)

Edit: To find a temporary solution, look for post “Can’t login! Error with Intl.Segmenter in Firefox - Unresponsive Buttons” in this forum, and " Updated to Firefox 115.15esr - ChatGPT and DALL-E NO LONGER WORK!" in connect_mozilla_org for full procedure. Sorry for the burden, not allowed to post links :confused:

I can confirm the Tamper Monkey script fixed it, and the commonality seems to be Firefox on Debian?
