Blank screen, can't log in

Blank screen when trying to open new chat in ChatGPT on Firefox 115.15.0esr (64-bit) for macOS. Tried the “auth0 . openai . com” method but that did not work. Authentication works OK on other areas of the openai site. This is my fourth day of having to switch to Gemini and I’m wondering if anyone has any ideas. Thank you.

I have exactly the same issue.

EDIT: It’s related to using Firefox ESR.
Firefox ESR doesn’t implement Intl.Segmenter

However, we don’t know how for how long it will work.

Thank you so much Vlad for your helpful reply and this workaround. I’ll try the script and also switch to Chrome in the meantime.
