It’s been down since yesterday for me too. I tried checking to see if it’s working this morning and tried a different browser and still nothing.

Me too. Using firefox and since the switch to the new domain it crashes. console says:

same thing. Waterfox browser. It stopped working 9/20 when there was an outage. Today it still won’t load and it states that the outage was fixed. I get the same screen as picture above. Really aggravating as this is my first month paying to use it. I couldn’t even cancel right now without jumping through hoops.

Having the same issue.

Firefox Extended Support Release 115.15.0esr (64bit) Kali linux distribution file.

Disabling all add-ons, private mode, clearing cache don’t make a difference.

It works fine on the same machine using chromium 128.0.6613.113

Quite bizarre that with all the power of their AI, they are not even able to make their website working on such a modern browser like Firefox.

Why is there no response at all from OpenAI? That’s not acceptable for a paid-for product, can someone advise please?

Having exactly same problem as user ‘atorres’. chatgpt is just blank in firefox v115.0.1 (64-bit) on my Windows 7 PC.

Login page is also non-responsive when I try to click on the button sign in a new private/incognito tab. Its just totally borked.

On my android phone it took a bit longer than usual to load, but it does work there though.

I get this error in Firefox on three machines; Windows, Manjaro, and Debian all get the same error.

Oddly enough Brave works on all the machines…

I had the same problem that comes from the Firefox browser. I downloaded a new Firefox browser (version for Mac OS 130) that I installed instead of the other one and the Chat Gpt page came back normally. Problem solved.
