I would like to explain my problem to you:
Since yesterday evening (December 3, 2024), I can no longer analyze my documents with the desktop version of chatGPT 4-o, I specify that I have the paid version.
When I put the file to analyze, it loads correctly but once I enter my prompt, ChatGPT does not recognize the file and simply tells me “I will be happy to analyze the document, copy and paste the information you want to analyze”, which is inconsistent when I have just inserted a file as an attachment!
I tried with all types of files (PDF, word, images), ChatGPT no longer recognizes my attachments.
I cleared the cache of my web browser, I cleared the memory of chatGPT, I restarted, I even changed my internet browser, I do not have an active VPN, nothing works.
I think I know that other people have the same problem but we have no answer from OpenAI
Ps: on the other hand on Android I have no problem yet…
Does anyone have a solution?
