I have been trying to read some PDF and word document through ChatGPT 40. Although it looks like files are being uploaded, it says my chats are empty.
Does anyone else have any similar issues
OpenAI team never responding to messages and this has been going about a week now
This is morethan a week now. There’s no way to get help from openai team. Dissapoiting.
I tried different browsers. Chrome , Firefox,Brave, and edge. And also ios and android apps. Always says "It looks like your message is empty. How can I assist you today“ etc.
