Reset of password worked like a charm for me. I got access to my account after reset of my password. Reset link was sent to my email and clicking on that link directed me to a password reset page where I have given my new password. And then using that new password I could login into my account. Hassle free.

I have resolved my login issue, so would like to share my experience for your reference.
My login issue was as follows:
・I could not log in with my mobile phone although I was able to login with my laptop.
・After entering the wrong password multiple times with my mobile phone, I was blocked with an error message stating, “Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts”

According to the above article, I tried all 5 suggested solutions in order:
- Refresh your cache and cookies, then attempt the login with your chosen authentication method.
- Try an incognito browser window to complete sign in
- Try logging in from a different browser/computer to see if the issue still persists, as a security add-in or extension can occasionally cause this type of error.
- Try another device (laptop/tablet/mobile).
- Try another network (wired connection, home WiFi, work WiFi, library/cafe WiFi and/or cellular network).
In my case, I was finally able to log in when I tried a cellular network (4G) instead of my home WiFi.
