Suddenly I got blocked too. Not because I forgot my PW or something.
I didn’t violate the rules. How can I fix this, because help center doesn’t have the solution.
I’ve been blocked from chat gpt too. I didn’t forget my passwd or violate the rules, what is happening?! Does somebody know how to fix this? It happened out of the blue after I restarted my laptop and upgrade the system, but I think there’s nothing to do with that. Can someone help me?

Same here. My chatgpt on my both accounts (personal and professional) have been blocked and definitely didn’t violate any rules or use wrong password. One day, just stop working and its been now 4 or 5 days and theres no way to get it back. pretty ironic that something this advances can be so limited when it comes to the most basic thing: access. Help please

Tried Google account. It’s good at the very beginning. When I came back days after, it’s blocked. No ideas of why this happened.
I faced the same problem (account blocked) but then I click sign up and continue with google account using same Gmail and it worked and login successfully with same previous account.
I’m having the exact same issue; I’m paying for Plus and am locked out and nobody responds despite my logging the issue. Orignally, it said their email response time was 1 week. That was over a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. Meanwhile, I can’t even cancel the account and I’m sure they’ll be charge me again.
Have you heard anything yet?
I tried that and I got yet another weird, dead-end error when it asked for my phone number: “This phone number is already linked to the maximum number of accounts.”

Yes, After 5 weeks ! I finally got my refund.
It shows they do not give a damn about customer service! They starting to believe their own hype!
I am not happy with them… right now they are only giving 25 question and then you have to wait 3 hours. I can only imaging the people writing the hype about this company are give privileged accounts which are not throttled back!
They do eventually get round to refunding. They too busy kissing Microsoft’s Ass to worry about the little guys out there!

Apparently, I missed a two-factor authentication prompt that led me to being locked out, too. And when I tried to sign up using my non-work email account, it likely compared the personal info I shared the first time and won’t let me sign up. So, I’m stuck and going to have to tell my bank to refuse the monthly charge because they are not responding to my requests for help. Maybe it’s time to move to Bing? (<:
