STILL CRASHING ALL THE TIME ON ANDROID!!!

(Paid $20 version) on my Moto G53 and also on my BRAND NEW samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE… doesnt seem to be a ram issue… WHAT IS HAPPENING???

I tried cleaning and relocating A BUNCH (half of the GPT memories to the specific project folders’ instructions to see if the problem was about GPT memory, but not even this is solving the issue…)

Same issue here and I am on plus plan. When I open my conversation it says “regenerate” and when I continue writing, it replies back for some time then it crashes, restarts and the conversation was not saved. I can send maximum of 2 things before it crashes and doesn’t save them… like nothing ever happened.

Same problem:

  • Error Code: AceConnectionException
  • Description: Encountered during attempts to save DOCX, etc files locally.
  • Frequency: 100% of attempts.
  • Error Code: 404 Not Found
  • Description: Generated links for local files lead to a 404 error page.
  • Frequency: 100% of attempts.
  • Error Description: Upload Failures to Google Drive
  • Details: No error code is displayed, but files fail to upload despite successful connection and permissions.
  • Frequency: 100% of attempts.
  • Error Description: Environment Resets
  • Details: In-progress work and unsaved documents are lost during resets.
  • Frequency: Random, often after extended periods of activity.

Even in a project files. Nothing works for me and important work stops. Now it can ´t generate even short texts. It just apologize, without positive change… GPT+ on Win 10 + iOS
Waiting for finishing project document almost week and no progress.

I already threw them away for nothing, I see it as a refund request. Unfortunately this doesn’t solve my problem with processing the necessary files. It no longer completes a single request for me when it’s working with embedded documents. It keeps writing about technical restarts and I’m at a standstill…

I completely understand. Me too, he keeps texting me about what he’s done and what stage he’s at and then when I text, sorry you’re done in 30 minutes. I’m having the same issue and it is really, REALLY frustrating. I’m a paid power user and I rely on Chatgpt to help me with my business. I’ve been experiencing it all May. When will OpenAI fix this issue - it is ridiculous.
