I have a long running chat that will not allow for more comments on desktop/browser. IOS app works fine, No matter what I do, restart, kill cookies, incognito, nothing seems to help. Any solution to this issue?
Sorry in advance as I know this is a dev forum, but I cant seem to find any answers or help elsewhere.
I have the same issue. Now it’s 3 days I cannot use the service. It happened to me when I uploaded the image, gave a prompt and then stopped the answer midway to edit the prompt. Since then, unusable! Tried to clear cookies and cached files, incognito, started a new convo to see if it’d unblock the main one but nothing. Still not able to use the chat.
Resolved! As seen in another topic, I’ve continued the chat on my mobile device and it unblocked the chat stuck in the browser.
