team accounts are more limited in features but extended in usage limits and capacity.
I have team account too (feeling same pissed about couple of things, like no export conversations, no memories, now the desktop app etc…) but recently got a single plus acounts to at least start working with them while they roll out to teams
I think they are now doing telemetry of how many people is trying to access the application and from where, to have accurate data about how to scale the new datacenter microsoft is building gradually for them. I see a good move while creating hype and noise
I was also able to bypass the login. Timing is everything.

I have literally just upgraded from Plus to Team to break through throttling limits and then find I’m a second class citizen all of a sudden - due to the sheer audacity of giving OpenAI more of my money… 
same here, I think they don’t support AMD cards… Spending my money on an AMD card Mac is the worst investment I ever made!
Try to open it from Finder > Applications and press option key while right clicking then click on open
The app word size is so small and can not be adjusted

I’m using Ventura and was not willing to update MacOS. Hope this is just a generic error message and the app will in fact work in this OS version.
Yeah, I Updated my MacOS only because of the hope to get access to it now, but it stilll seems like it does not work, even with the latest Update… hopefully there will be a solution soon
I am still unable to access the desktop application, but I did get the download link that popped up on ChatGPT and I am on a Teams Subscription. Hopefully this bodes well for our kind being supported out the gate.
Why wouldn’t you upgrade to Sonoma anyways?
Nothing. The app was made for apple silicon and intel based Macs can’t open the app sadly.
I hope they fix it, otherwise it will be hard for me to justify the costs of the plus subscription atm, compare to the huge competition.
