Card declined with no reason

We have had the same issue for over a week. We have been a tier 5 paying and verified organization for over a year, but suddenly we get “credit card declined”. We have tried various cards with different issuers, but the problem persists and seems connected to the account rather than the cards. I tried to get help from support, but have heard nothing back yet. Our bank can see that the payment is initialized, but the funds are never withdrawn. Any advice welcome.
