Still not working as of today. Can’t upload .txt or .csv files it always says “unknown error occurred.”
Some time ago it was working fine - I can’t believe this is still an ongoing problem! I’m paying for plus to not be able to use it…?
I tried the .zip workaround someone suggested here but it doesn’t work either.
Man I have a book, how can I remove that only page

- Open ChatGPT
- Upload PDF file
- ask to REMOVE number of page
- download the PDf file
Alternatively, you can use some free softwares, for example like PDF24_Creator
Guys, I find a possible solution that at least works for me. I’ve tried every means but none worked, until I clear up some of the GPT memories to avoid it being 100% full, then I could upload files again. Not sure if other cases are also due to memory problem.
as of Nov 27, 2024, this evening, I am having issue, unable to upload any document into ChatGPT, using 4o too. I changed to different browser but no luck. I was able to work on it the all day except this evening. Do you still have issue or resolve? Is your issue fixed? any help? Thank you

im unable to upload any pdf rn as well

Can’t seem to upload any files now. The exact same files that used to work is no longer being accepted by ChatGPT today. Subscribed to Plus to get things done but dissappointed that it’s messed up right now. Tried different browsers and desktop mode to no avail.

I experienced the same issue. I zip each file I want to upload and it works. I honestly don’t understand why but this is the workaround I have for now.
