@ian.mccracken did you ever get this resolved in the end? I’m currently facing the same issue trying to onboard 238 users and stuck at 20 despite being up to date on all invoices. Support are beyond useless so far.

I am encountering same problem. It seems that there is no solution to solve this immediatly but I realized: Team can accommodate 2x of a number of seats purchased and once seats is sit by members than 2x, your subscription will be updated. Subscription updating seems to be “once per day”. In japan…

I didn’t resolve it. After a full month of zero support response, I ended up canceling the first workspace and creating a new one with the necessary number of seats allocated up front. This seems to be happening for me. I had a free account using my work email and then when I got added to the team workspace, the invite link does nothing, no prompt to join a workspace or change anything. There are no errors in the console either. I’ve tried contacting support but there’s no way …

Yep we had the same. If you start with only a few accounts I don’t think it lets you go over 20 until your next billing cycle. I’m sure there is a way to reach a human on support, try all the options until you get it. It’ll reply with something like “Would you like to open a ticket?” and they’ll get back to you in a few days.
