Same problem for me. Sounds like their servers are getting overwhelmed due to the popularity of ChatGPT.
I just wanted to ask it for an example of an infinite loop but it keeps sending back to the login prompt.

I got yall. I was super frustrated and didn’t know what to do. Login to your account through https://beta.openai.com/ and then set-up your account as premium. It’s a billing problem. When you hit your limit for a non-paid account, it just starts not letting you in. Thats what fixed it for me
I was running into the same issue, but clearing my ssl state under internet options fixed it for me.
Can log in normally, Fixed now
Potential workaround
Was stuck in login loop, instead I clicked Sign Up, gave my usual info and it loaded up with the “session has ended” popup. Did an inspect element, killed the popup box and now it seems to be working. Haven’t logged out to try again because I don’t want to risk the loop again, but if someone else has success with this let others know.

I was having the same issue with my personal computer (and still cannot get in with it), but I tried from my company computer, sitting 5 inches away, and was connected in seconds. My Company computer is VPNed onto my company, so the network traffic is coming from another IP location.
So, fire up the hotspot, connect the personal computer to it, and “”““PARTY””“” I am in. So, my problem was Spectrum.
I’m not sure what you mean by Spectrum. I think you meant to say the problem was the IP you were using to connect to it perhaps had some sort of rate limit applied to it - from openai. Then you switched to your company’s IP and use that - which seems to have worked.

Worked for me as it broked the infinite loop still occuring on my phone only, where after loging-in I was redirected to the login page again.
