Hi OpenAI team,
This is Day 5 of not being able to upload any files — not even tiny 1MB ones — on my Pro account.
Yes, I saw the status page.
Yes, I’ve read the “Resolved” system incident.
And yes, I’ve already posted about this.
But nothing has changed.
Let me be extremely clear:
- The file upload issue started BEFORE the incident you marked as resolved.
- It still continues today, even after the fix was supposedly applied.
- I’ve tried EVERYTHING:
- Chrome, Safari, Firefox
- Desktop, mobile
- Incognito/private mode
- Logged out/in
- Cleared cache and cookies
- Switched accounts and networks (including mobile hotspot)
NONE of that has worked.
On top of that, your support request form (https://help.openai.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) is completely inaccessible to me — blank screen on all devices.
Last time I posted here, I got an off-topic automated reply about “Apple Intelligence,” which had nothing to do with my issue.
I’m tired of being ignored.
This is a core feature of the product I pay for. If Pro plan users can’t upload files or even reach support, then the Pro plan has no value.
Please escalate this to an actual engineer or support person who can help.
I am losing time and resources every single day this problem continues.
Fix this.
