🔥 URGENT (Day 5): File Upload Still Broken — Pro Plan, No Support Access

Hi OpenAI team,

This is Day 5 of not being able to upload any files — not even tiny 1MB ones — on my Pro account.

:red_exclamation_mark:Yes, I’ve read the “Resolved” system incident.
:red_exclamation_mark:And yes, I’ve already posted about this.

But nothing has changed.

Let me be extremely clear:

  • The file upload issue started BEFORE the incident you marked as resolved.
  • It still continues today, even after the fix was supposedly applied.
  • I’ve tried EVERYTHING:
    • Chrome, Safari, Firefox
    • Desktop, mobile
    • Incognito/private mode
    • Logged out/in
    • Cleared cache and cookies
    • Switched accounts and networks (including mobile hotspot)

:prohibited: NONE of that has worked.
:brick: On top of that, your support request form (https://help.openai.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) is completely inaccessible to me — blank screen on all devices.

Last time I posted here, I got an off-topic automated reply about “Apple Intelligence,” which had nothing to do with my issue.

I’m tired of being ignored.

This is a core feature of the product I pay for. If Pro plan users can’t upload files or even reach support, then the Pro plan has no value.

I am losing time and resources every single day this problem continues.

Fix this.
