Cannot get verify domain (add new domain) (Not authorized for account)

Hi. I got this message when I was trying to add a new domain.

Does anyone please help ?

I have searched and read around, all say OPEN AI will provide a TXT record. But I cannot even access to such feature

Same here, I immediately get “Not authorized for account” before even seeing a txt to copy.

I use chrome browser. My plan is Plus.
Even though I clear the cache on browser, the issue still exists.

I came here to report a similar problem, as I am unable to verify a domain. I have done this before successfully, so my guess is that there’s a backend issue…
