I’m a plus user. I can’t upload any files today. I found it happens to any of my equipment, pc or iPhone, and I tried every browsers. My friend can use my pc to upload files on chatgpt without any trouble by using his account , so I’m pretty sure there is an issue with my account. Can anyone know how to fix this problem? The support team didn’t give me any useful solutions😀

I’m having the same issue. It’s not just with uploading or reading files, but the model’s responses have also been much worse lately. It’s like the quality is down to GPT-4o mini, and the o1 model doesn’t seem to think much at all. This has been going on for a few days now.
The weird part is, it’s only happening on the web version with my Plus account on my computer. When I switch to a different account in the same environment, the problem doesn’t happen. And everything works fine on my phone.

File or picture upload still not working. Also GPT 4 and 4o are giving responses like the old models, doing what they are not asked for and repeating themselves. What’s going on OpenAI?

same thing happened to me .I use my friend’s account after i met this problem yesterday,but same problem occured on this account today again xd
