Absolutely not. I cannot upload a screen recording otherwise I would show that it doesn’t exist for me. Another user reported the same issue:

I’ve created a GPT with two actions and a knowledge file to analyze documents and reply to people. Somehow, the plugin got deleted or became inaccessible. This happened after I tried to make some last-minute changes. [szDH6NptnW] I only tried to add new prompts to the default inputs… then, boom, it got deleted.
