I’m in the US and don’t have access, just for what that’s worth.
The feature is being “rolled out” to users. A roll out, as it’s name implies, is not an instantaneous process. It can take weeks for all users to be updated, please be patient.
This could all definitely be worded more clearly then - “can now browse” + “to try it out” even the CS agents I’ve chatted with have said “you have it you just need to do this to enable it” - and finally got someone to recognize that I indeed do not have it after sharing screenshots of the flow they told me I needed to follow to enable it. But I get it. Appreciate the response Foxabilo
No browsing or plugins for the Plus user in Europe in Chrome… Really annoying.

My hang up is that the support team repeatedly told me I DO have it, when I don’t. So it’s not just the user base confused here, it seems that the support team doesn’t know what happening either. Once I got them to realize and understand that I don’t have it via my view of the screenshots they shared to walk me through activating it, this was their response:

Which, again, to me, “Please be assured that our engineering team has been informed and is diligently working to resolve the issue” doesn’t indicate the same thing that “you just don’t have it yet, please be patient” would. Really frustrating experience overall, just ill communication all around.

I am a ChatGPT Plus user, and though I’ve enabled Browse with Bing under Beta settings, I’ve been unable to access the feature or reproduce the samples of the feature in the announcement.
Hmmm, this looked like good news as the removal of this feature a few months back was the reason I ceased pro and temporarily went elsewhere. I’d be more than happy to rejoin pro if I knew I could use this feature - can anyone else in the UK with Pro confirm if they’ve got it yet?
Question is when will API users be able to call this feature.
Azure doesn’t offer it either.
Bing search just returns a list of URLs
You have to go get the content
With the token limits you could maybe format one page that’s it
Clearly we see the plug-in making multiple calls and reading all the content
This would cost a fortune using the API even if you could read it all but you can’t you only can read half a page at a time
So still waiting to use this in the API

It disappeared from my account. I am a plus user so last week it the browse with bing feature was there but now it is not it is very frustating and customer services is non existent.
I also have the same issue. As of October 31, 2023, I found that the Browse with Bing option had disappeared. It is a plus member that I just opened today, using a VPN in Singapore and a billing address in the United States.

Hey, Plus user here. I cannot see “browse with Bing” as well on my computer, however, I can see it on ChatGPT app on iOS. Also when my friend logs into his Plus account on my computer, he sees the option. Really weird. Does anyone know what is happening? Located in EU the whole time.
