I would like to ask a question specifically to users in Belgium.
For several months I have been experiencing serious difficulties contacting OpenAI / ChatGPT support. Multiple support cases remain unresolved and responses are often automated or repeat the same verification instructions without addressing the actual problem.
At the moment it has become extremely difficult to obtain a human response from support.
In addition to this, I am also encountering technical issues (for example downloads generated by ChatGPT not starting), which I have tried to report through the normal support channels.
Because of this situation I would like to ask:
• Are there other users in Belgium experiencing similar problems reaching OpenAI / ChatGPT support?
• Has anyone in Belgium successfully obtained a human support response recently?
• Has anyone already filed a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA / APD) or another regulatory body regarding support accessibility or account handling?
If other Belgian users are encountering similar issues, I would be interested in sharing experiences or joining an existing complaint process.
