Another victim here. ChatGPT Plus member, Google authentication from London. Been getting that error message since yesterday afternoon.

Their silence is unacceptable and we should all ask for refunds at this point. Absolutely awful service.

Free user (AU-based). Working okay last night. However, I noted that answers were pretty average and figured it was a new release to differentiate paid/free to move more people to a premium service with better answers. Today (Tuesday 21/3/23 9pm AEST), I’ve received “bad gateway”, for the past 12+ hours

Using Mac oS | Chrome. Cleared cache, tried Safari, and mobile (Android) to no avail. Interestingly, Google 2FA not working for me either.

Resolved - We’ve fully restored ChatGPT service to all users. We’re continuing to work to restore past conversation history to users.

Hello I had same problem using in my computer, but then I try on my phone and it’s working. So I don’t know what is wrong if you used it from the computer. I have macbook and the phone is an iphone. So people try on the phone and see.

It’s 12 hours later and I am still having the same problem with the same error code. A google search says the problem was resolved last night but that is not the case

Same here. Free accounts works fine but paid getting 502. Very annoying and destroying trust in the tool.
