I have the Free account - been getting the bad gateway notice all morning. I thought it was because I had the free version but I see this is happening regardless.
Same here. Paid for premium on 20 March 2023 and now I have this gateway problem on ALL my devices, regardless of which browser I use, with and without VPN. I logged an issue at help.openai.com but have not heard back since. I am not even able to close my account, and am concerned that I am now going to be paying my $20 per month without getting any use. I am feeling scammed, to be honest.
I have the chatgpt plus account and I had the updated AIPRM Extension plus paid version added in yesterday morning. I have been having the Bad Gateway issue since about 10 am 03/20/2023. Thinking this was the problem, I removed the AI PRM extension from chrome and disconnected it from the OpenAi chatgpt, and cleared my caches, as well as restarted the system a few times throughout the day and into the night. At this hour in Arizona, 1215 AM 03/21/2023 I am still getting the Bad Gateway error and OPENAI has been reporting users have full access. I have been paying to play and thereâs nowhere to play. PooPoo Sad Face! - I was having fun, now frustration, well it was fun while it lasted I guess. LOL! Will we be getting some kind of reimbursement for the service interruption and inconvenience?
Happening with Google authenticated accounts. Donât think itâs region specific. May resolve itself when caches flush but to be this size company, for this long, with this many paid subscribers, truly this would be catastrophic to any other company.
Yeah, new updates all around over the last week, so once they solve the bug issue and eliminate new vulnerabilities, theyâll most likely reopen the gateways, possibly adding more servers. It may take some time, but hopefully soon, but itâs not the end of the world - yet, lol.
