My personal account is signed in through google and it works. My business account is signed in through google and itâs a google workspace account. Thatâs the one getting the error.

Hi dude and tahnks for moderating the discord server. I have one of each, both have been affected for two days. Both are now working (without history) since⌠say⌠one hour or so.
Regarding Speedyâs instructions on how to report a bug to supportâŚ
Almost perfect⌠if he just removed the ranty stuff there.
Other than that, people can use those instructions to fill a ticket (but best avoiding âemotionalâ content like pointless accusations and the likes).
Other than that, people at openai is aware, and they seem to be working actively on that.
Righ now I have recovered access to all my accounts. They just donât have chat history.

First I got in and had history, but then on refreshed (jinx) and got no history.
And same as @Rabusek , no plus subscription , seems to be partially working.
but GPT-4 is available âGPT-4 currently has a cap of 25 messages every 3 hours.â
This solved the problem for me: Try loading the URL again by pressing F5 or Ctrl+R (Command+R on a Mac) on your keyboard, or by selecting the refresh/reload button.
I could just get in - i guess it got fixed? Thanks OpenAI team!
EDIT: actually i am missing my plus subscriptionâŚ? Anyone else? Asks me to pay againâŚ

I can confirm I am able to access on my Google account that is a plus sub.
