Same issue here paid account google sso not working - created a free one under my outlook and that worked - weird. Fix please

Same problem here for the Vienna Cloudflare location, also a Plus subscriber… pretty frustrating!

Did the same thing, I created a new outlook account and was able to get it with it. Definitely going WAY slower than usual, who knows what’s really going on…

Same here, can not even create new account as it does not allow same phone number. Ahhhh!!!

Logged out of my Google SSO and used outlook platform.openai.com works for both but ai.com keeps giving me the same result !
Simply confusing. I even tried multiple different browsers. I guess no solution yet !

Same - cleared cache cookie & history - Google SSO on premium – started 22hours ago

Works on another google sso Free account tho - but not on Premium

It seems it’s only those of us on a Google SSO? Anyone not on Google SSO that is having the problem?

we are facing the same issue in Dubai (UAE)

I founds a temporary fix although not “ideal” for most people.

Log in from a different computer is the only solution until OpenAI fixes this bug.

It’s a BETA folks and has some big potholes that need to be fixed.

I hope we ALL get back on soon…it sucks to be kicked off :confused:

a quick fix for this is that if you are using chrome and have a profile setup, switch to other profile and try to login through that profile.

worked for me, also it works on other device also.

I tried this - doesn’t resolve the issue
Incognito mode doesn’t fix it
Another Chrome Profile doesn’t fix it
Using a VPN doesn’t fix it
All devices, even using 5G cell data doesn’t fix it
This error is still occurring and it’s been this way for 2 days…
