API Usage Statistics and Credit Balance Not Updating

Since October 11, the API usage statistics and credit balance have not been updating, even though the API is constantly being used in production.

When I try to add money to my account, the funds are added without any issues, and the credit balance in my account increases by the amount paid.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes. Last dashboard updates seem to be from 10/10. Anything after that is not registered yet. Kinda annoying as I released my user beta test 10/10, and havent been able to see anything since.

Over the last couple of weeks, while usage-cost has always updated, usage-activity has very often just been a flat line. Some days it worked. Most days it didnt.

My API usage cost has not been updated since October 10, despite the fact that I am still using it normally

And I have a wrong project charged: the activity and cost are added to Default project though I use the API key created for another project. The activity and cost for this project always remains 0.
Did anyone encounter such issue?

I’m experiencing a similar issue. There are no records for today (Oct. 12), and my credit balance hasn’t decreased or updated. I typically check my remaining credit balance several times a day.

I’m unsure if the Default Project was billed for other projects yesterday. Currently, I’m experimenting in the playground with a non-default project, so I’m not using the API. However, there are no records for any project today, whether for the playground or the API.

I’m experiencing the same issue. There are no costs charged to the API key I created for my project, and nothing is displayed in the usage statistics.
I had created a bot to check the usage using the v1/usage endpoint before this problem occurred, but the situation is the same.

Same here on 13. Oct. Neither cost nor activity stats are updated (and I believe even available credits in billing are not updated as well).

I guess it’s free then :wink:

I’ve been using the batch API during the last 3 days but the chart seems to stop on the 10th october…

Weirdly enough, i’m using a client account and we are trying to spend more to increase the limit from tier 1 to at least tier 2 (they have loaded 100$ as credit).

By the way i’ve also opened a (few) ticket(s) because the chatbot says that there should a “request exception” link, but it’s missing from my client account.

Same here. No updates since Oct 10 on dashboard + API. Cost alerts are also broken. I’m pretty sure I exceeded mine but no email.

Oh, strangely text embedding model usage does show up for the past 3 days

same here, Dashboard usage since oct 10, no update for gpt-4o series, but gpt-4-turbo is still update… my dev app is working now…

Okay… so not only me ! I was looking and no charges in a few days but things are still workin’ so not sure what is going on… odd but hope fixed soon.

I don’t see any activity in the “usage” tab. I am using OpenAi API but the activity and costs are not showing. The last activity is from October 9th, and I used it yesterday and today (October 14th)
