Usage for Oct 11 - 13 is starting to show up. Guess it wasn’t free after all

Appears to have gone down for some users from 10/10 to 10/14. They’re aware and new usage from yesterday should be appearing okay. They’re working on backfilling data history.

We’ve had spending limits in place which should have been hard during this outage. Instead OpenAI continued to process requests and is now deducting money for those, even though they should have refused to process those requests to start with. As a result, at least for us, one can end up spending well above the monthly spending limit.

I think the most important part is why they ignoring this issue and do explain what is going on and what will happen to our balance. 
My balance updated today for last 4 days, it also seems to be updating regularly today

I’m looking at a negative balance and montly budget limit exceeded right now - not so nice. Fortunately it’s only a few dollars. Guess I was consuming more requests and tokens in that “black out” than I expected.
