API keys not working + Credit Card declined

Good day

I’ve been having problems with the API keys i created. Whenever i try to use my API key, i get this error message:

On top of that, my credit card has been denied several times, when i try to add Money to my account, even though it has enough balance. I would really appreciate it, if you helped me with this problem.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem.

I have exactly the same issue. Specific card used for more then a year with no issues, but since OpenAI changed to Prepaid Credit Balance, my card was repeatedly decliend. This is absolutely bad, because important projects are running on their API.
