Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.i was in love with this app and it constantly shows this error ive created a new account and still the same thing has anyone gotten around this ? its becoming very frustrating

I have the same issue. I tried in Chrome, in both regular and Incognito sessions, as well as in Microsoft Edge. I get the exact same error every time. I couldn’t get any request to be processed successfully.

I checked my billing, everything is up to date and my “Plus” subscription is active.

There are multiple people complaining about this online and in this community.

Is there anyone looking into this?

I am also having this issue. Have been trying for the past two days in Chrome and Edge with VPN and without on my laptop. Also cleared my cache. I am able to use ChatGPT on my android phone.

A post was closed a few days ago on this issue, but without real solution!. [Error "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com. " - #108 by jacques.lovi] (Somthing went wrong issue). I am based in Ireland and it happen to me in the evening. Edge or Chrome did not work for me. I am not on VPN, then I switched to FireFox and it worked, but I heard from above issue that this may temporarily resolve the problem. Anecdotally, I asked GPT in Firefaox why we get that issue. This is what it says:

I am having the same issue as well. I tried it on different laptops, desktop, and a tablet from different internet sources and different internet connections (Wi-Fi and hardlines). I even went and cancelled my account and made a new one and paid the $20.00 AGAIN. I haven’t been able to use it since the beginning of the last week of April. Very aggravating to pay money and not be able to use it without them even telling us why it isn’t working. If anyone figures out how to fix this can someone let me know and Ill do the same.
