Something Went Wrong - How to Use the OpenAI Page

I keep getting this message:

“Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at”

I don’t see any way to correct this on that page. I just signed up for the $20 per month 4.0 Plan. Anyone have any ideas as to how to use that support page to solve this issue or what’s going on here?

I had this issue for past week. I have NordVPN installed in my machine. Trying to connect/disconnect VPN didn’t help, but after completely quitting the NordVPN app by ‘right-clicking’ on taskbar worked for me.
The issue seems to be connected to VPN software
