I don’t see any way to correct this on that page. I just signed up for the $20 per month 4.0 Plan. Anyone have any ideas as to how to use that support page to solve this issue or what’s going on here?

I had this issue for past week. I have NordVPN installed in my machine. Trying to connect/disconnect VPN didn’t help, but after completely quitting the NordVPN app by ‘right-clicking’ on taskbar worked for me.
The issue seems to be connected to VPN software
THIS IS A COMPLETE MOCKERY! support does nor care to reply, completely ignored 14 of my emails. They are taking my money but I can’t use their service. This is a complete joke. I have lost all possible respect for this company’s customer support and starting to loose respect in this whole company

I must use a VPN because I am in a country that banned the use of chat GPT. However, it is crucial to my job and daily communications.
I am finding the same issue, Something Went Wrong…since last 1 hour, and dont know where to reach for support, there are so many options, tried them all, I wish if it was simple to reach someone, or if it was simple to have the things working by refreshing screen, changing browser
