I’m running a relatively popular product. I have an autorecharge enabled. It’s been working fine until today. Now it says that my card is declined.
I’ve tried at least 3 other cards. All of them declined.

Hi! Unfortunately the Forum isn‘t the right place to get this resolved. Have a look at this list with troubleshooting tips and see if this helps to address the issue.
If it doesn’t and you don’t have any other card alternative, then you should get in touch with OpenAI support via the support chat on the developer platform.

I had the same issue. I fixed it by renewing my subscription on the Android mobile app using PayPal, and everything went smoothly.
After that, log out and log back in on your browser to make sure it’s working correctly.
