Ai doesn't work in Tana and Roam Research

I have a problem, I can’t use AI in third-party services. I do everything according to the instructions, insert a unique API, but then it shows that “AI request failed”

What do you recommend?

Does the OpenAI Playground work for you? Have you entered a credit card?

If so, you should probably reach out to the support teams of those products.
If not, what error are you getting in the Playground?
