Admin management of users and members

hello, can anyone help me speak to a human interface within open.ai as I am keen to support my members as the account Admin and need visibility on their prompts/ queries.

OpenAI doesn’t really have personalized support unless you in an enterprise tier with a sales rep and a technical contact at your company that can understand the documentation provided. Otherwise, you have fellow users on the forum that can understand the documentation or discovered what isn’t documented clearly.

For those using ChatGPT teams, the focus is on privacy and self-management. Despite being the one paying for a chat teams account, the individual accounts are not under your purvey for snooping. You can only recover contents of the seat or even manage team GPTs if you retake total control of the login, for example if you required the invited user accounts be created with an email address you control for getting password resets.

For API, there is no record of what is sent except for currently active undeleted
“threads” when using assistants, and still no API method to list their IDs to discover them outside of the “playground”, when the option for threads to be seen is turned on.
