After using chagpt for about 18 months for all sorts of different things from software engineering troubleshooting and scripting, to DIY projects, personal tax assistance, to name a few - my account was suspended for violating usage policies and I have no idea what could have caused it. The notification email did not state a specific item for the suspension. I’ve been offered a trial of 1 month free plus service for weeks now, and i finally decided to try it a few days ago and now my account is suddenly suspended. So I will likely miss out on that month of free plus tier now which is quite frustrating. Has anybody else had this happen to their account? And was your appeal successful?

If you've already submitted an appeal or contacted Support regarding the suspension, could you please share the support ticket number? Once you provide the case ID, I'll take a look at the existing correspondence and see if there's anything further I can do to assist.
