Account Deactivated on Dec 23 – No Response from Support for 3 Weeks (Case #04051253)

Hello,

On December 23, my OpenAI organization account was deactivated. I received this message:

OpenAI’s terms and policies restrict the use of our services in a number of areas. We have identified activity in your OpenAI account that is not permitted under our policies.

As a result, we are deactivating your access for the account associated with Napopravku
(Organization ID:org-xxxd).

I immediately replied asking for clarification and a review. The next day I contacted support via help.openai.com and received Case #04051253 confirming the case was under review.

It has now been three weeks with no response despite several follow-ups.

I fully respect OpenAI policies and only want to understand what caused the violation and whether this can be reviewed or resolved. Right now I have no explanation and no communication.

If anyone from OpenAI can help check this case or advise how to escalate it, I would really appreciate it.
