I am writing to formally appeal the deactivation of my account (Organization ID: REDACTED, email: PII REDACTED ).
I am a UK resident for over 4 years, permanently based here, full-time employed — not located in any restricted region. I operate consumer-facing applications where end users access the OpenAI API. I cannot control the geographic origin of all my users and was unaware their activity may have triggered a policy concern. I take full responsibility for compliance going forward and will implement any geographic restrictions or measures required.
Two urgent financial concerns:

ChatGPT Pro ($200) — purchased 4 March 2026. Access was lost immediately after purchase. I request reinstatement or a full refund.

API usage ($100–$300/month) — I am a legitimate commercial customer. This abrupt deactivation has caused material harm to my business and users.
I respectfully request: full account reinstatement including ChatGPT Pro access and data, details on what triggered the deactivation so I can fix it, and if reinstatement is not possible — a refund of the unused Pro subscription.
I am happy to verify my identity and provide proof of UK residency.
