Account deactivated for “cyber abuse” supposedly when wasn’t even active

Banned yesterday randomly for supposed cyber abuse, I don’t do anything remotely considered like that, have appealed and attempted 5 contact point yet no response yet. User ID: user-IBnobDOP7QNjR9sz0QAzKtM1).

Completely devastated, my business cannot continue without it, it’s just stopped all operations and withheld very important and valuable conversation in my PRO! Subscription

I can’t afford to wait indefinitely nor to not have it back, if this the same false positives everyone is is getting then it needs to be addressed , it’s more than inconvenience, it’s a fundamental system failure, I’m loyal and committed to OpenAI and was genuinely shocked to see this situation even arise

so I just got a default message saying my appeal been rejected but gave no information, I’ve sent in depth message communicating the situation, I don’t feel like it has been “carefully reviewed” because I know for a fact that nothing I said or did leading up to it had anything to do with guidelines and then what, am I just banned from OpenAI for life now? Just destroy my business take my data and haven’t even actually looked at it manually @openaisupport
