Account blocking and unresponsive support

Hello. Some time ago, I posted a topic in this forum and got a guide to buy a ChatGPT API account.

Then I tested the API on virtual servers on the Internet to get the result. But they blocked my account for no reason! While I didn’t do anything wrong!

I tried to talk to the support but they didn’t give me a clear answer and said it was probably due to using a VPN.

Now I am facing this error:

You do not have an account because it has been deleted or deactivated. If you believe this was an error, please contact us through our help center at 

Why is it a violation to use an API on another country’s IP? This is what API was created for! For example, if I create an account in the Netherlands, why am I not allowed to run the API on the German server?

How can I fix my account and get it out of suspension? After 10 days, I still haven’t received a response from support!
