In early September, I received an email with the following content.

Due to this breach we are halting access to the API immediately for the organization Personal. Common reasons for breach include violations of our usage policies or accessing the API from an unsupported location. You may also wish to review our Terms of Use.
If you believe this is in error and would like to appeal, please contact us through our help center. We will review appeals as soon as possible and will contact you if we reinstate access to the API.

I’ve only ever asked questions about basic development languages (such as Java), and I’ve never asked a question that violates the policy.
Also, I’m connecting from a supported country so that’s not a problem.
I have contacted the help center but have not received a response for over a week.
Is there any good solution?
I also had a subscription to GPT4 until mid-August, but I followed the instructions to cancel the purchase. Could this be the cause?
