Even if we have reset the password when providing the contact number it goes back to Your account was flagged for potential abuse. If you feel this is an error, please contact us at help.openai.com

You should follow the link to https://help.openai.com and select the Live Chat Bot in the bottom right corner (Pen Icon) and select Ask Question.

Having this problem aswell, have submitted a support ticket via the help.openai chatbot.

Please check the thread above. If you are in a supported country you can have access - it has become more difficult than 3 months ago - but you can.

Here it is a parallel thread - the thread above is older and it has too much information to be posted here. Nobody will fix your email, please read the suggested thread and you will know why. If you are in a supported country you all can have access to ChatGPT - but not with an already flagged email.
