Your account is not active please check your billing details on our website but Everything is Paid and have Positive Balance

Hello… i have this problem for a couple of days…

I have everything Paid.
I have positive balance, so i got a pending bill of 3 dollars even when i had a positive balance and paid it just like any other.

Tried to use the Lower Left Help Button with some messages.
Openai Sent me a automated message telling me to talk with my bank. the talk has been made and confirmed that every payment has been deducted from my bank account the day it was issued,
#2 My billing details have not changed. my account is on green i’m tier 4 atm i was hoping to get into 5 but i cannot access the api and 12 hours have passed since the Help channel made any response. even when it shows they are active?

What is happening.

Another day has passed. no solution or response from any of the existing channels given by Openai

Hello, OpenAI 4 days has passed and im still unable to access to my API, No playground access, my Applications linked to my API Keys cannot work

I have followed every instruction given to me and still im not able to find a clarification on what is happening and why it happened.

I have been a customer since 2021 and this never happened before.

What error do you get when you use the API?

I should note that the Developer forum does not have access to accounts or billing details.

The error i get is Your account is not active, please check your billing details on our website

In the website i get Your API access has been temporarily suspended as a result of an overdue invoice

But my balance is Positive even before my last billing period

Yes i know but i have tried reaching out on the Help section and 3 days has passed since the last response. and i’ve tried to reach via email and the same, no response. i just want to know how do i fix this… my apps are now 6 days offline

You can have monthly invoices outside of a credit balance, and need to pay it.
This can happen if your account goes below zero before being shut off.

However, paying all bills in arrears doesn’t seem like a good way alone to get an account turned back on - just a requirement.

When the error says please check your billing and account details, that’s what you need to do:

And is exactly what i did as you can see in the screenshot i posted before , even talked to my bank, checked out all the invoices one by one and even downloaded them all an confirmed quantities. everything is paid, checked my billing details, nothing has changed.

  1. Bank confirms that everything is paid
  2. Openai does not show any overdue invoice, but the error is there.

Support contacted me via Mail, but after 7 days this is the response i got, and i don’t know if they are still checking it or just closed the ticket ?
