I have everything Paid.
I have positive balance, so i got a pending bill of 3 dollars even when i had a positive balance and paid it just like any other.
Tried to use the Lower Left Help Button with some messages.
Openai Sent me a automated message telling me to talk with my bank. the talk has been made and confirmed that every payment has been deducted from my bank account the day it was issued, #2 My billing details have not changed. my account is on green i’m tier 4 atm i was hoping to get into 5 but i cannot access the api and 12 hours have passed since the Help channel made any response. even when it shows they are active?

Yes i know but i have tried reaching out on the Help section and 3 days has passed since the last response. and i’ve tried to reach via email and the same, no response. i just want to know how do i fix this… my apps are now 6 days offline

And is exactly what i did as you can see in the screenshot i posted before , even talked to my bank, checked out all the invoices one by one and even downloaded them all an confirmed quantities. everything is paid, checked my billing details, nothing has changed.

Openai does not show any overdue invoice, but the error is there.
Support contacted me via Mail, but after 7 days this is the response i got, and i don’t know if they are still checking it or just closed the ticket ?
