Just a few hours ago, I subscribed to ChatGPT Plus for the first time. After using it for only a few minutes, I was logged out, and when I tried to log back into my account, I received a notification saying my account had been deleted. I don’t recall doing anything that could have caused my account to be deleted.
I tried reaching out to support via email, but I only received an automated response that didn’t clarify anything about why my account was removed. I essentially lost my money for no apparent reason. I expected one of the leading AI companies to be more responsible and have proper support, but I feel let down.
How can you delete someone’s account without any prior warning? I live in a country with a devalued currency, so the subscription is quite expensive here. This makes the situation even more disappointing, as I paid a high price and only ended up with problems.
I dunno, except that you maybe logged in to ChatGPT through some shady “AI tool” or “better chatbot experience” service?
