I got a credit grant for $1,000 on January 31, 2025, but the expiration date shows June 29, 2025. The credit grant is suppose to be 12-month period.

If you purchased, yes.
But If it was promotional it may have different expiration dates.

Yes, it was from Researcher Access Program.
Also, I have a monthly cap of $120 for the account. Do you know how I can increase this limit?
From what I know, usage tiers depend on how much you have spent.
But in your case, I suppose you received some kind of email with more details when you got approved? Perhaps there you can find more information as it is a special credit.
If not, you will probably need to open a support ticket.

Current information looks updated on 2/3/2025, and it initiates credits for 12 months.
But, when you received credits on 1/31/2025, probably you applied updated on 11/4/2024 conditions.
On that update there is no any clear info about when credits will be expired.
