Why don't you want my money? Phone verification and email change account issues

I want to pay for the plus plan but I originally signed up with a work email using my personal phone number. One day I might lose access to my work email so I can’t sign up using my existing account. I cannot create a new account with same phone number and I can’t change my email address. I’ve seen this issue on the forums, I’ve sent an email directly to support, all with no answer.

Do you want my money and if so how can I give it to you
