I need help, and I don’t know where else to turn. I have been trying to enter my credit card information to buy credits, but it keeps getting declined. My credit card company said everything is fine, and they don’t even see any attempted transactions for the credits. I have tried using Edge, Chrome, and two cell phones, but nothing works. Can anyone please help me figure out what I can do or why this is happening? Thank you.

A few things worth checking first:

card details and billing address/postal code match exactly

card/card issuer country is supported

VPN/ad blockers/pop-up blockers are off
-
3D Secure/SCA redirects or bank approval prompts are not being blocked
-
try an incognito/private window, different network and another payment method if possible

If the bank still sees no attempt after all that, Support probably needs to look at it from their side. In that case, I’d recommend that you open a support ticket, either through Help or email them directly at support@openai.com.
Good looks I appreciate it. Ive tried it all the 1 thing I haven’t done yet is chuck my laptop out the window but i guess ill save that for another day. I emailed support so gotta see what happens. Thank you for the help
