Where is our GPT 4 access?

We paid almost $300 in fees to open ai last month, and still, we have no access to GPT 4 API even though it claims anyone who previously paid a bill will get access to it; what is even more strange is the bill for last month was randomly deleted.

Does anyone also have this issue?

They also said they’d be rolling it out “over the next week.”

If you don’t have it by Friday, then would be the time to start asking.
