My credits grant page says the credits expire Nov 01, 2025. When do they actually expire, is it Nov 01, 2025 1159PM Pacific Time? Can the openai team please clarify? Cuz I really need the extra day so any clarity on when it actually expires would help.

00:00:00 UTC on the switch to the first of the month.
