Credits Expired, before shown Expire Date..?

Please, help with this..
why are my credits Expired, even though it shows, Expires NOV 01.
I screen Captured this Yesterday, it was not yet, 11:59pm either, full day to go, yet, my credits expired..just as I start to use it, then, suddenly credits expired , how did that happen?..

I have checked, usage-page, and even it shows, that i have used only 0.17$ only..

please do something about this, this is so wrong, my total 12$ credits got wasted,
couldnt use even single dollar,
the dashboard showed, expires NOV 01, and expired credits before NOV 01?..
how can they do this, ?.. :sob: :sob:

I believe this means 00:00am yesterday which was indeed 1st Nov.

Expires November 1. The date is not inclusive:

if UTC_date >= calendar_shows("November 1"):
  empty_and_keep_credits()

Your screenshot shows that it has become November 1 for you. The expiration is when it has become 2025-11-01T00:00:00 universal standard time, epoch time.
